Currently the Director and Business Head (North and East) and handling various verticals as Project Management and Cost Control, Asset Management, Real Estate Operations, Due Diligence, and Valuations of Project, across all asset classes like Residential, Commercial, Hotel, Warehousing / Logistic Parks. Education: Project Management Course from "The Cornell-Nanyang Institute of Hospitality Management, Singapore''.

He is instrumental in Asset Management, Project Planning as well as managing & developing vendor relationship for execution of various real estate projects of the fund. He comes with over 15 years of experience in various cross functional areas of construction, project planning and budgeting in the real estate sector. Currently handling various verticals as Project Management and Cost Control, Asset Management, Real Estate Operations, Due Diligence and Quantity surveying of Project, across all asset classes like Residential, Commercial, Hotel, Warehousing / Logistic Parks, Railway projects etc.

Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering with over 15 years' experience in the construction industry.Currently monitoring many projects across India covering scope of Technical and Financial Monitoring. Monitoring varying from yearly to monthly through dedicated staff. Review of Project Budget, QS & Costing of Residential, Commercial, Warehousing and Logistic Parks & Railway Projects. Having knowledge of various software's used for Quantity Surveyor.

Deepchand Jaiswar holds Master Degree in Business Administration. He has previously worked with MNC's & Consulting Cos. He has total 18 years of experience and more than 14 years of experience in only real estate consulting and valuation experience across various asset classes and worked on several real estate valuations and consulting projects across West, South, and North India. Few of the valuation key assignments done previously for Airport Authority of India (AAI), SEBI, BASF India, KBC bank Ireland, FCO UK, PEPSICO, Future Group and many more.

Yash is an engineering graduate with 15 years' experience in Real Estate, Valuation & Hospitality, gained across India Australia & Dubai. He has earlier been as entrepreneur and executed building construction projects in Goa, India. His work as a valuation expert has spanned over the last seven years when he was associated with major projects across India, primarily Mumbai, such as the valuation of the DHFL portfolio worth over INR 25,000 crore and the valuation of 360 West by Oberoi Group worth INR 8000 crore to name a few.

He has ability to manage and oversee the multiples large projects on an ongoing basis along with strong interpersonal and team building skill. He has good knowledge of construction activities and good hold on drawings reading & understanding along with local building bylaws & prepare the accurate estimates and cost reports. He has expertise in the statutory approvals Landscape of Mumbai & Maharashtra Region.
