Business Vertical : Capital Markets
Reporting To : Manager – Capital Markets (Investment Banking)
CTC : Rs 7 to 8 lac p.a
Key Duties & Responsibilities :
- Experience in Real Estate Transactions, Transaction advisory, Mergers and Acquisition and Asset management spread across various asset classes.
- Manage operational and technical execution aspects of a deal from origination to conversion into a client & finally into a mandate.
- Business Development :
- Proactively engage in business development activities with large-scale Real Estate Developers / users of Real Estate Capital for sourcing deals.
- These activities need to be undertaken through networking, cold calling, industry seminars, leveraging the existing relationships of other business units.
- Meeting the key decision makers at the developers / users of Real Estate Capital.
- Preparation of marketing materials such as presentations, proposals etc.
- Support Transaction Services :
- Closely work with the team in assessing client requirements, initiate & maintain client interactions, provide inputs on pricing, participate in proposal discussions.
- Drafting the Engagement Letter – especially with regards to commercials and key deliverables.
- Support the Team on the following deal structures –
a) Debt Syndication & Land Divestment
b) Joint Venture & Joint Development
c) Redevelopment / Portfolio Exit Advisory
d) Investment Acquisitions / Sales
e) Land Transactions - Financial analysis and Cash flows are essential for this profile. Assisting the team to Build & Edit Financial models, Prepare MoUs, IMs and pitch books.
- Client service delivery and engagement – calls, meetings, site visits, presentations, follow up, timely submission of proposals and overall governance during the execution phase.
Desired Profile :
- BBA / MBA with minimum 2 – 3 years’ experience in similar profile or real estate consulting and valuation, Real Estate Developers Associations
- Excellent communication, presentation, time management skills, delivery skills and technical knowledge
Assistant Manager For Investment Advisory
Business Vertical : Investment Advisory
Reporting To : Manager – Investment Advisory
CTC : Rs 6 to 8 lac p.a
Key Roles & Responsibilities :
- Thorough Knowledge on DC Regulations of Mumbai and various approvals required for residential, commercial, industrial, township projects.
- Sound knowledge of building approval processes and timelines, applicable FAR / FSI understanding
- Understanding of detailed rates for construction activities Civil, MEP, finishing, supporting infrastructure, external development, consultant fees and other costs allied to construction activities.
- On need basis, conduct physical site visits to source primary information, monitor project progress and summarize the findings and examinations.
- To prepare / track Construction schedules of construction projects
- Analysis of Sales MIS, Sales Agreements, Customer and Bank Ledgers, Bank statements and other details related to Sales and Project receivables for Sales Monitoring and Reconciliation exercises.
- Strong analytical, problem solving and organizational skills, with sound attention to detail.
- Keep abreast of latest developments in various real estate sectors, construction technology, disruptions in various asset classes.
- The candidate shall largely be involved in execution of assignments, coordination with other consultants (if any), account management during duration of the assignment, ensuring the deliverable quality and process management.
Desired Profile :
- Bachelors in Civil Engineering / Architecture and MBA in Construction management / Real Estate.
- Minimum 2 – 5 years’ experience in investment advisory / project management profile from Big4, IPCs, Real Estate Advisory Firms / Technical Teams of Construction Finance Companies or Housing Finance Companies or Other Financial Institutions / Real Estate Developers.
- Excellent communication, presentation and time management skills, delivery skills and technical knowledge.
Assistant Manager For Valuation
Business Vertical : Valuation
Reporting To : Manager – Investment Advisory / Capital Markets
Key Roles & Responsibilities :
- Financial analysis and Cash flows are essential for this profile. Assisting the team to Build & Edit Financial models for various assignments.
- Sound knowledge on building approval processes, applicable FAR / FSI understanding.
- Knowledge on various approvals required for residential, commercial, industrial, township projects.
- Understanding of detailed rates for construction activities Civil, MEP and finishing.
- To prepare / track Construction schedules.
- Strong research skills to track information on a regular basis for residential, commercial and retail asset class.
- On need basis, conduct physical field surveys to source primary information.
- Develop and nurture network of industry contacts and sources to identify leading resources of information.
- Strong analytical, problem solving and organizational skills, with sound attention to detail.
- Generate periodic research reports on various real estate asset classes.
- Conducting feasibility surveys, valuations, report preparation, identifying development options, city analysis etc.
- Keep abreast of latest developments in various real estate sectors.
- The candidate shall largely be involved in execution of assignments, account management during duration of the assignment, deliverable quality and process management.
Desired Profile :
- Bachelors in Civil Engineering / Architecture and MBA in Finance/ Construction management / Masters of Valuation.
- Minimum 2 – 5 years’ experience in consulting or valuation profile from Big4, IPCs, Independent Valuation Firms and Advisory Firms / Technical Teams of Construction Finance Companies or Housing Finance Companies or Other Financial Institutions.
- Excellent communication, presentation and time management skills, delivery skills and technical knowledge.
